Start with the resin grade and part use
Plastic CNC machining services cover drawing-defined polymer components. Identify the resin manufacturer and grade rather than using only a broad family name. The material designation and part geometry help determine whether the requested process and acceptance plan are suitable.
Show fit and feature requirements
Provide the current model and drawing revision. Mark datums, holes, threads, mating faces and dimensions that control fit. State surface condition, deburring, color and any post-machining operation. If features are thin, flexible or especially sensitive to movement, identify them for review instead of assuming the dimensions will hold without a defined plan.
Set a practical inspection scope
List critical measurements, units, measurement method and required records. Include quantity, packaging and any approved material substitutions. If the part is for a regulated application, provide the customer's qualification and documentation requirements; machining alone does not establish suitability.
