Start with the required date and complete scope
A time-sensitive CNC order can only be evaluated against a defined part and delivery requirement. Geometry, stock availability, quantity, finishing, inspection and destination all affect feasibility. This page invites a project review; it does not promise a universal turnaround time.
For general CNC service information, see the CNCフライス加工能力 または CNC旋削加工能力. For decisions that affect smaller runs, review 小ロットCNC生産計画.
Include the details that can change the schedule
- State the requested delivery date and destination, including any split-shipment need.
- Attach the current model and drawing revision and identify the controlling document.
- Specify material grade and condition, quantity and any customer-supplied stock.
- List finishing, inspection reports and packaging requirements.
- Mark critical dimensions and features that need customer approval before production.
Incomplete or changing files can affect a schedule review. If the design is still moving, identify the revision that is ready to quote and the items still open. We confirm feasibility, price and lead time for the actual scope before an order is accepted.
Do not trade away acceptance requirements unknowingly
If a delivery date is fixed, say which features and documents are essential. Any proposed adjustment to material, finish, inspection or shipment must be reviewed and approved by the buyer; it should not be assumed from a short schedule.
Send the drawing package, quantity, material, required date and destination to request a project-specific response.
