Custom plastic components for a defined use
A machined plastic component should be quoted to its material specification and functional drawing. Identify the polymer grade and the interfaces that control fit, movement, sealing or assembly. A generic plastic designation does not confirm an equivalent material.
Browse the site's plastic and other material pages for material information, or see capacités de fraisage CNC for the machining service overview. If the part is a design sample, use the plastic prototype machining request to define what it needs to validate.
Put function into the drawing package
- Specify the resin grade and condition.
- Mark bores, holes, sealing faces, snap features and mating surfaces.
- Show datums and critical dimensions that determine assembly.
- Describe relevant temperature, moisture, chemical or load exposure.
- List finish, quantity, secondary operations and inspection records.
Material behavior and acceptance requirements depend on the grade and application. If a substitution is proposed, it should be reviewed and approved before manufacturing. We confirm the machining and inspection scope against the specific drawing.
Request a component quotation
Send the current model and drawing, exact material, quantity, delivery destination and the features that must be accepted. Separate critical requirements from reference information so the quotation addresses the actual use of the part.
