CNC machining services make custom components to a defined part requirement. This page focuses on the service scope and the information needed to request work. It does not promise a specific tolerance, machine configuration, certification or delivery time; those details depend on the drawing and must be confirmed for each project.
Provide a useful request
Send the current drawing and model, part number, revision, material, quantity, finish and acceptance requirements. Identify which dimensions or interfaces affect function and which records must accompany the parts.
Match the machining operation to the part
Describe the geometry and required features so the supplier can review whether milling, turning or another operation is relevant. If the design combines multiple operations or outside finishing, ask for the scope and handoff to be stated in the quote.
Review the quote before approval
Confirm what is included: material, machining, outside processes, inspection, packaging and delivery terms. Ask for exclusions and assumptions in writing. Any special tolerance, certification or inspection requirement should be supported by project-specific evidence.
Keep engineering changes visible
Use approved drawing revisions and record changes to geometry, material or quantity. The buyer’s authorized contact should approve substitutions or deviations before they become part of the order.
For process-specific service scope, see OEM CNC 가공 서비스. For a drawing and quote checklist, review CNC machined parts.
Confirm acceptance and delivery
Before releasing an order, check that the drawing revision, material, quantity, finish, included work, inspection and delivery terms are consistent between the quote and purchase documents.
