Custom work begins with a controlled design
Custom CNC milling services are requested for parts whose geometry and acceptance criteria are defined by the customer. Provide the model and drawing revision, material grade and quantity. If the design is still developing, identify open features and separate them from requirements that are already approved.
Describe the features that make the part custom
Mark pockets, slots, angled faces, interfaces, threads and datums. Identify which dimensions control fit or function. State finish, deburring, coating, inspection evidence and any secondary operations. A custom label does not define a tolerance, surface condition or delivery schedule.
Control changes between quote and order
Keep one revision as the quote basis and document any changes that affect material, geometry, quantity or inspection. Ask the supplier to identify assumptions and exclusions. Confirm acceptance criteria before production and re-quote after a material design change.

Custom milling RFQ checklist
- 현재 모델 및 도면 리비전
- 재질 등급 및 수량
- Custom features and functional interfaces
- Finish, inspection and secondary work
- Open design items, assumptions and approval steps
Request a drawing review so the quote reflects the actual custom part and approved revision.
