Define precision with measurable requirements
For a plastic component, âprecisionâ should refer to specific dimensions, datums and fit requirements. A broad accuracy claim does not tell a buyer which features are controlled or how the part will be accepted. Mark the characteristics that matter to the assembly or function on the drawing.
Consultare la pagina del sito materials library to identify the specified polymer and the pagina delle capacità di fresatura CNC for general process scope. For sample parts, see lavorazione di prototipi in plastica.
What the drawing should make clear
- Polymer grade and condition.
- Datums, mating faces, bores, holes and critical dimensions.
- Relevant temperature, moisture, chemical or load conditions.
- Surface finish and any secondary operations.
- Inspection method, stage and records required.
Material behavior depends on grade and application. If the part operates under a specific environment, include that context rather than relying on generic material assumptions. Any substitution should be reviewed against the design requirements.
Request a requirement-based quotation
Send the latest model and drawing revision, polymer designation, quantity and acceptance details. Identify features that are critical and those that are references. We review the actual requirements and confirm the machining and inspection scope.
