Map features to part faces
Mark surfaces, pockets, holes, slots, and edges that require milling. Explain which faces establish datums and how features relate to mating parts.
Share the model and workholding context
Provide the current model and drawing, units, material, revision, quantity, and constraints on clamping or visible surfaces. Identify features that may need access from multiple orientations.
Separate function from appearance
Call out critical dimensions, surface requirements, edge conditions, and cosmetic areas. State acceptance criteria and inspection records needed.
Review the machining plan
Ask the supplier to review tool access, setups, datum transfer, and secondary operations. A process label alone does not confirm setup count or achievable tolerances.
Confirmer le périmètre avant la libération
Align material, quantity, milling operations, finish, inspection, packaging, and delivery assumptions. See capacités de fraisage CNC and share files via the page de devis.
