Fabrication Guidelines for Delrin 150

Centerline Porosity Awareness:
As a homopolymer, Delrin 150 can have small voids at the center of thick rods or plates. نصيحة: For parts requiring gas-tight sealing or aesthetic perfection in the center, we recommend using POM-C or designing features away from the centerline.

Machinability Excellence:
