CNC parts manufacturing turns a defined part requirement into machined components. A reliable order begins with consistent information and clear approvals; it should not depend on a vague request for precision or an assumed production promise.
Prepare the manufacturing package
Provide the current drawing and model, part number, revision, material, quantity, finish and acceptance criteria. Mark the features that matter to assembly or function and identify the file that controls when documents differ.
Review scope before release
Ask the supplier to confirm included operations, outside processes, inspection records, packaging, delivery terms and exclusions. Resolve questions about material, geometry and acceptance before issuing the purchase order.
Keep approvals tied to the order
Record the approved quote and drawing revision. If quantity, design or material changes, obtain written confirmation of the impact before the new requirement is used. Keep the affected order and revision clear to everyone handling the job.
Define checks and delivery evidence
State which characteristics will be checked, the acceptance criteria and the records that should accompany the parts. Confirm who reviews the documents and how a discrepancy will be handled.
For the part drawing checklist, see Детали, обработанные на станках с ЧПУ. For supplier quote comparison, use the CNC supplier RFQ guide.
Use the same basis for repeat work
Save the accepted files, quote, inspection requirements and changes together. For repeat orders, confirm that the same revision and scope still apply rather than assuming an old quote covers a changed requirement.
