Start with the part, not a process slogan
CNC milling services are used to make drawing-defined parts with features such as faces, pockets, slots and holes. The best process route depends on the material, geometry and required acceptance. Jucheng provides machining for customer parts and does not sell CNC machines.
Make the drawing package complete
Provide the current CAD model and drawing revision, material grade and quantity. Identify datums, mating interfaces and dimensions that control fit. State surface finish, deburring, coating and inspection needs; note any features that must remain related after machining.
Compare quotes using one scope
Ensure each quote uses the same revision, material, quantity, finished condition and inspection plan. Ask for assumptions and exclusions to be stated. Do not assume a named milling process guarantees a tolerance or schedule without project review.
