Machined components for delivery robot assemblies
Delivery robot parts may include brackets, covers, mounting plates, housings and other custom components defined by a customer drawing. CNC machining is one option when the geometry, material and requirements call for it. Jucheng machines customer parts; this page does not describe a complete robot or guarantee system performance.
Show the assembly interfaces
Identify mounting faces, hole patterns, datum references, threads and surfaces that connect the component to its mating parts. If a cover is cosmetic, state which faces are visible and what finish is expected. For parts exposed to weather or cleaning, specify material and protection requirements.
Prepare a useful RFQ
- Current drawing and 3D model when available, with revision stated
- Grado del material, cantidad y alternativas aprobadas
- Mounting dimensions, fits, threads and critical datums
- Surface finish, coating, color and masked areas
- Inspection needs, packaging and delivery destination
When a component connects to multiple assemblies, include relevant interface dimensions or controlled references. A rendered image alone does not define fit. Discuss whether Fresado CNC or another process suits the part geometry, and confirm whether finishing and inspection are included.
Keep component checks separate from robot validation
A machined bracket or enclosure does not establish the complete robot's payload, navigation, safety or delivery performance. Those characteristics depend on the assembled system and its tests. Keep the supplier request focused on component requirements that can be checked against the drawing.
For pricing, provide the drawing package and list the requirements that affect fit, appearance or inspection. The página de cotización de mecanizado CNC personalizado explains what information to prepare.
